Country Animal
I am quite desperate, because in my country, Romania, there is no animal police.What can we do?
I don't want to give any details, beacause it would upset you. People are very cruel (there are people like me, but it's not enough...we are a small number, unorganised and without the law supporting us).
Where could I complain about this problem, to a european association, probably? They shoud at least know about it. If there is
somebody involved in animal protection, please help me.
